Kavelle provides booking and business-management tools for salons, spas, and wellness businesses. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use the Kavelle staff mobile app or book appointments on our consumer booking site at kavellebooking.com.

Data We Collect

Staff mobile app

• Account: name, email, and password (stored hashed on our servers)
• Business data: organization profile, services, staff schedules, bookings, and client contact information you enter as staff
• Device: authentication token (secure storage) and organization preference (local device storage)
• Device permissions: the app may request access to calendar, camera, or photo library when you use related features
• Biometric data: Kavelle does not currently collect or store biometric information (such as Face ID or fingerprint data)

Consumer booking site

• Phone number and name for OTP sign-in
• Booking history associated with your account

How We Use Data

We use your information to operate booking and scheduling features, authenticate users, send appointment-related communications, improve our services, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Kavelle (such as hosting and SMS delivery), when required by law, or with your consent. Businesses you book with can see the information needed to fulfill your appointment.

Data Retention

We retain account and booking data while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion as described below.
