Overview

These Terms of Service govern the booking, payment, and related services (the “Kavelle Services”) that you access through the Kavelle platform. The appointments, treatments, and products themselves are provided by the independent businesses on our platform (each a “Partner”), not by Kavelle. Your use of the Site is also governed by our Terms of Use.

Bookings

When you book an appointment through Kavelle, you enter into an arrangement directly with the Partner. The Partner is responsible for providing the services, setting prices, and managing its own cancellation, no-show, and refund policies. Kavelle facilitates the booking, reminders, and (where enabled) payment on the Partner’s behalf.

Payments

Where a Partner has enabled payments, charges are processed through our payment provider. You authorize the applicable charge (including any deposit, cancellation, or no-show fee you agreed to with the Partner). Card details are handled by the payment provider under its own terms; Kavelle does not store full card numbers.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellation and no-show terms are set by each Partner and shown to you at the time of booking. A Partner may charge a fee under a policy you agreed to. Contact the Partner directly for questions about a specific booking, cancellation, or refund.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased through Kavelle are redeemable with the issuing Partner subject to the Partner’s terms. Unless required by law, gift cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when booking.
• Attend or cancel appointments in accordance with the Partner’s policy.
• Pay any amounts you authorize for a booking.

Limitation of Liability

Kavelle is not responsible for the quality, safety, or delivery of Partner services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kavelle’s liability arising from the Kavelle Services is limited, and we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any Partner.
